The swimming spot on the Lake Liivajärv land in Uuesalu has been popular among locals from the surrounding area for years. The plots bordering the body of water are now the site of the construction of the ‘Taavi’ semi-detached houses, which boast large roof terraces, onto which open spacious sauna complexes.

There are no shared walls between the living spaces in each semi, ensuring greater privacy for the residents of both apartments.

The semis are home to two five-room apartments over two floors. One of the apartments measures 135 m2 and the other 136 m2, plus carports, terraces and roof terraces.

The apartments come with full exterior and interior finishing. Connections to central utilities (water, sewerage, gas and electricity) are provided. The apartments are gas-heated, each with its own autonomous gas condensate boiler. There is underfloor heating both upstairs and downstairs which can be regulated using the thermostats provided in each room. All of the homes will be fitted with a heat recovery ventilation system.

  1. Reservations can be made with a payment deadline of up to one (1) month. The reservation agreement is a simple written contract subject to a reservation fee of 1000 euros. This amount is deducted from the purchase price in the event of the property being purchased.
  2. A notarised contract of purchase and sale is entered into under the law of obligations. The buyer is required to pay 15% of the purchase price at this point.
  3. A real right contract is entered into upon the completion of construction of the apartment ownership. The buyer is required to pay the remaining 85% of the purchase price at this point.

The apartments come fully finished both inside and out and are connected to all central utilities and communications. Functional electricity and heating systems have been constructed. The apartments are gas-heated, with underfloor heating both upstairs and downstairs which can be regulated using the thermostats provided in each room. All of the homes are fitted with a heat recovery ventilation system.

‘Tom’ is a two-storey pre-fabricated semi-detached Timbeco house. Each of the homes in the semi-detached house measures 123.5 m². Each home features three bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living room, two WCs, two bathrooms and auxiliary rooms.

The homes come fully finished both inside and out and connected to all central utilities and communications. Functional electricity and heating systems have been constructed. The homes are gas-heated (each home having its own condensing boiler), with underfloor heating both upstairs and downstairs which can be regulated using thermostats provided in each room. All of the houses are fitted with a heat recovery ventilation system.

The price includes VAT (20%) and fees for connection to the water, sewerage, gas and electricity networks (3 x 16 A).
